Judgment and Wisdom

Life is a series of successes and failures of varying degrees. Both are the experiences that build character. Both are the experiences that contribute to Wisdom. Judging a soul by the successful experiences is flattering and complementary. Judging a soul by the depth of failure and subsequent rise is far more telling as to character. Indeed, it gives definition to perseverance at odds, that the only true failure is inaction in the face of adversity.
